This document describes how orders are placed on the site.
Status of this document
The site is a demonstration project and is not a public offer. No sales contract is concluded and no obligation to supply goods arises.
Placing an order
Orders are placed through the cart. The customer provides contact details, a delivery method and a payment method. Once the form is submitted the order receives a number and can be found in the customer account.
Prices
All prices are in roubles and include all applicable taxes. The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed: a later price change on the site does not affect an order already placed.
Availability
Stock is tracked separately for each combination of color and size. Placing an order reserves the stock; cancelling returns it.
Payment
Card payment in test mode, payment on delivery and arrangement via Telegram are available. Bank card details are handled by the payment provider and are never passed to the site.
