Returns and exchange
The procedure follows distance-selling rules. This is a demo project, so no real returns are processed.
Deadlines
An item in good condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery, not counting the day of purchase, provided it hasn't been worn and keeps its appearance, tags and packaging.
What cannot be returned
Lingerie and hosiery in good condition cannot be exchanged or returned — this is a requirement for personal hygiene goods.
How to arrange it
Email the shop with your order number and what exactly you're returning. We'll reply with the address and the shipping procedure.
Refunds
Money is returned by the same method it was paid, within 10 days of us receiving the item. Return postage for an item in good condition is paid by the customer.
Faulty items
If an item arrives with a defect, we pay postage both ways. Send a photo of the defect together with the order number.
